Are you ready to shape the future of streaming? At OKE, we're looking for a Roku Developer to design, develop, and maintain top-tier applications for the Roku platform. You'll play a crucial role in building innovative solutions while strengthening our Roku expertise within the Smart TV team.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain high-performance Roku applications, ensuring their reliability, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test new features and functionality for our Roku applications.
- Stay ahead of Roku trends and implement best practices.
- Mentor team members and share your Roku knowledge.
- Contribute to developing technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Roku Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Roku development, including Roku SceneGraph, Roku BrightScript, and Roku UI/UX development.
- Familiarity with other streaming platforms such as Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Android TV.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor team members.
