What You’ll Do:

  • Acquiring new clients in the European market
  • Being responsible for the entire sales cycle, including final contract negotiations
  • Identifying client potential
  • Analyzing the European market
  • Identifying and developing a team of IT and engineering specialists in collaboration with the recruitment department

Requirements

  • Completed studies (preferably MA) in economics, commerce, engineering, management, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business development/active sales or related areas
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Ability to understand customer needs with a problem-solving approach
  • Positive personality for building relationships with clients and consultants
  • Taking responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to have

  • Experience in LinkedIn/Google advertising campaigns

  • Remuneration based on a base salary + commission on sales
